Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of your consultation. Direct billing is available for most major insurance providers. You may also choose to pay by credit card, e-transfer, or cash (exact change only please). Receipt will be provided at the time of payment for income tax, or reimbursement from your health insurance plan, if applicable.
Cancellation Policy
Please be courteous and let me know of any changes to your booking 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for your scheduled service. Appointment cancellations are taken only by phone at 902-219-2769.
