Infant or Child Feeding Assessment $300 (billed as two separate $150 payments)
Get to the root of your child’s difficulty with eating. Suitable for families struggling with a child’s weight, food refusal, or anything else leading to dreading mealtimes. Includes comprehensive review of your child’s feeding, growth and nutrition. You will receive a written treatment plan which includes strategies that are personalized to your family. The assessment includes two 60 minute dietitian appointments, with your child being present for the first appointment only.
Adult Eating Assessment $300 (billed as two separate $150 payments)
Not another diet plan. Suitable for adults struggling with weight, who have had weight loss and regain in the past, who are currently gaining weight, or are hoping to made dietary changes to manage or prevent chronic disease. Includes comprehensive review of your eating competence, relationship with food, weight history, and nutrition status. You will receive a written treatment plan which includes strategies that are personalized to your needs. The assessment includes two 60 minute dietitian appointments.
Follow-up Dietary Support $50 for 30 minute session / $100 for a 60 minute session
Support in making changes to eating habits for you or your family, as outlined in your assessment report. Get help with ongoing challenges.
Nutrition education à la carte $100 for a 60 minute session
